“Artiface” or “Arti-Face” (status of hyphen undecided) is the working title for a school life fantasy comedy drama storyline, currently conceived as a manga-style comic to last around three volumes. It is hoped that this can be drawn in an elegant, shoujo-ish fashion that openly acknowledges CLAMP’s inspiration. The storyline opens upon a boy protagonist, Damon Primus, who is a high school sophomore at a coed gymnasium-level boarding school, located in Germany, somewhere in former East German territory. Damon, we immediately learn, has an unusual history:

The Twins awaken- smother Freder with their separate personalities (As it starts out, Josef is furious because the whole point of constructing the twins was to follow otherwise identical constructions under different teachers, then his lecture is interrupted by the Twins behaving in very different ways.
